چاندنی رات میں اندھیرا تھا
چاندنی رات میں اندھیرا تھا
اس طرح بے بسی نے گھیرا تھا
میرے گھر میں بسی تھی تاریکی
گھر سے باہر مگر سویرا تھا
وہ کسی اور کا ہوا ہے آج
وہ جو کل تک تو صرف میرا تھا
اڑ گئے آس کے سبھی پنچھی
جن کا دل میں مرے بسیرا تھا
بس وہیں جوشؔ کا مزار ہے آج
کل جہاں بے وفا کا ڈیرا تھا
