maine logon ko na logon ne mujhe dekha tha

ek ajnabi ki tarah hai ye zindagi mere sath

shahr se jab bhi koi shahr juda hota hai

usko jo kuchh bhi kahun achchha bura kuchh na kare

dasht mein us ka aab-o-dana hai

gale lagae mujhe mera raazdan ho jae

kaun kahta hai ki wahshat mere kaam aai hai

hazar tane sunega KHajil nahin hoga

aasudgan-e-hijr se milne ki chah mein

kyun chalti zamin ruki hui hai

ye kar-e-KHair hai isko na kar-e-bad samho
