شب فراق اچانک خیال آیا مجھے
کہ میں چراغ نہ تھا اس نے کیوں جلایا مجھے
کہاں ملا میں تجھے یہ سوال بعد کا ہے
تو پہلے یاد تو کر کس جگہ گنوایا مجھے
مجھے شبہ سا ہوا اس کی بے نیازی سے
میں خود بنا ہوں خدا نے نہیں بنایا مجھے
ملا بھی مجھ کو بچھڑ کر کہیں چلا بھی گیا
اور اپنا نام بھی اس نے نہیں بتایا مجھے
