اسے بے چین کر جاؤں گا میں بھی
خموشی سے گزر جاؤں گا میں بھی
مجھے چھونے کی خواہش کون کرتا ہے
کہ پل بھر میں بکھر جاؤں گا میں بھی
بہت پچھتائے گا وہ بچھڑ کر
خدا جانے کدھر جاؤں گا میں بھی
ذرا بدلوں گا اس بے منظری کو
پھر اس کے بعد مر جاؤں گا میں بھی
کسی دیوار کا خاموش سایہ
پکارے تو ٹھہر جاؤں گا میں بھی
پتہ اس کا تمہیں بھی کچھ نہیں ہے
یہاں سے بے خبر جاؤں گا میں بھی
