لوٹنے وہ گیا ہے رات گئے
وہ سحر کا سفیر تھا شاید
روشنی بو گیا ہے رات گئے
عشق تو بھی ذرا ٹکا لے کمر
دل بھی اب سو گیا ہے رات گئے
وقت کانٹے نئے بچھائے گا
راستے دھو گیا ہے رات گئے
چین پڑتا نہیں نعیمؔ تجھے
جانے کیا کھو گیا ہے رات گئے
