raḳht-e-safar luTā ke palaTne lage haiñ ab
nikle the jo gharoñ se ḳhazāne ke vāste
vo aur haiñ luTātā hai jin par vo jān-o-dil
ham to faqat haiñ dil ko lubhāne ke vāste
vo itne inhimāk se suntā hai mujh ko yaar
bāteñ banātī huuñ maiñ sunāne ke vāste
