نفس کی زد پہ ہر اک شعلۂ تمنا ہے
ہوا کے سامنے کس کا چراغ جلتا ہے
ترا وصال تو کس کو نصیب ہے لیکن
ترے فراق کا عالم بھی کس نے دیکھا ہے
ابھی ہیں قرب کے کچھ اور مرحلے باقی
کہ تجھ کو پا کے ہمیں پھر تری تمنا ہے
