कैफ़-ए-अदा भी है निगह-ए-पुर-फ़ितन के साथ

जबीं पे गर्द-ए-कुदूरत मिरा उसूल नहीं

सितम ये है कि उन का जौर-ए-पैहम कम नहीं होता

ज़माना हेच है उस की निगाह में ऐ दोस्त

क़मर भी दूर न था कहकशाँ बुलंद न थी
