vo bhī be-saut-o-sadā ho jā.egā sochā na thā
yuuñ sarāpā iltijā ban kar milā thā pahle roz
itnī jaldī vo ḳhudā ho jā.egā sochā na thā
vo ta'alluq jis ko donoñ hī samajhte the mazāq
is qadar bā-qā.edā ho jā.egā sochā na thā
jis sirāj-e-ajmalī se thiiñ umīdeñ be-shumār
