KHirad mein mubtila hai salik diwana barson se

ham-nafaso ujaD gain mehr-o-wafa ki bastiyan

gham ke hathon mere dil par jo saman guzra hai

jo musht-e-KHak ho us KHak-dan ki baat karo

mere dil mein hai ki puchhun kabhi murshid-e-mughan se

na mohtasib ki na hur-o-jinan ki baat karo

wo hai hairat-faza-e-chashm-e-mani sab nazaron mein
