sub.h taqrīr yahāñ shaam ko taqrīr vahāñ
chīḳhte chīḳhte leader kā galā baiTh gayā
har galī-kūche meñ din raat lagātā hai sadā
jo de us kā bhī bhalā jo na de us kā bhī bhalā
subh taqrir yahan sham ko taqrir wahan
chiKHte chiKHte leader ka gala baiTh gaya
har gali-kuche mein din raat lagata hai sada
jo de us ka bhi bhala jo na de us ka bhi bhala
